All players must bring  THE COPY of “Certificate of live birth”-

and copies (MAKE SURE YOU COPY THEM BEFORE COMING)

of 3 different forms of proof of residency

NOT ALL UTILITY BILLS - ONLY ONE CAN COUNT-

All players must live in the La Habra City league boundaries or in District 56 Big League boundary to play.
